    if anyone's going into final year in computer science, did they find it as pants wettingly scary as me? all this talk of CHOOOSE PROJECT CAREFULLY and the scary subject titles

    Well choosing your final project carefully is good advice. You don't want to end up with one that is beyond your capabilities or one that you don't enjoy doing.

    The project will take up a good portion of your work load this year so lsat thing u want is to be stucj with a project you hate. If you're having problems deciding which ones to put on your list discuss with the lecturer. They'll be more than happy to give you advice on what they view as the problems and outcomes of their projects.
