refund for slane tickets

    guys i paid for eminem tickets through credit card. still have not recieved my oney back.how do i get it back i thought it would be refunded direct but it didnot happen.
    please help.

    I think it's a case of you contacting them. From the TM site ...

    "To gain a refund on tickets for a cancelled or rescheduled event, tickets must be returned to the point of purchase by a secure method of post. Tickets purchased in person from a Ticketmaster ticket centre should be returned directly to the ticket centre for a refund. All other tickets should be returned to the following address by a secure method of post:

    Ticketmaster Customer Services
    Grafton House,
    70 Grafton Street,
    Dublin 2"

    thanks a million guys i contacted them 2 times and got no reply but not i checked my credit card statment and got a full refund.
