That'd be odd... great if they black 'n white'd the bloopers too rather than just a bluescreen

This would definitely be worth getting.

I love the effort Rodriguez puts into the extras on his DVD's.
The special features on "Once upon a time in Mexico" were great too.

I'm looking forward to the cooking school feature too. :p

Definetly on my to-do list. I had heard about an extended cut to be released on DVD, and you could really tell that by the pace of the film there was a lot of condenced material, so I'm really looking forward to seeing it..

Brilliant! Knew it was coming but I heard it could be next year, glad it's out before Christmas. Features sound cool, but it doesn't say anything about being able to watch each story seperately? Anyone know anything about that?

The bare-bones release is out on the 26th with 4 limited edition cardboard sleeves.

    sleeves.

in the "premium special edition includes" panel it says "recut and expanded theatrical release - separated into four stories". well, it does if you squint :)

sounds like they should be viewable separately.

have to put this on the christmas list too i think. the version i have at the moment is, eh, not the best quality ;)
