Hi! My name is Danda, I am from Spain and I'll be living in Maynooth for a year. I've been playing drums for a long time and now I'm leaving a prog-rock band behind. I don't want to quit music altogether, so I would like to take up a new band in Ireland.

I can play any style. My first band was a punk-rock ensemble, and I've played pop, post-rock, hard rock... Obviously, I don't have a drum kit as I'm arriving with just a suitcase and a handful of CDs, but I can play the drums fine. You can listen to some low quality samples in [url="Hi! I don't want to quit music as well, though, so I would like to take up a new band if there's anyone interested.

I'm in Maynooth. And of course I'm up for it. I just need some days to settle... and find a steady internet connection.

Hey Danda! How do you like Maynooth so far? I live 10 mins away in Celbridge, (Maynooth is technically in Kildare you know!)

Anyway myself and my two friends have been really dying to jam with a drummer. The three of us basically fill the guitarist/bassist/vocalist roles. I've been playing guitar for a number of years now, the other other two not so long...

Anyway we play any style of music and have a little of our own stuff written, would you be up for a jam at all? We don't have a kit but I think I can organise something with my next-door neighbour who has a kit, if you're up for it?

Both offers are interesting. I just need some time, as I'm looking for an apartment or some place to live. But maybe we can jam some day or other, how about next week?

Tomorrow I'll be losing this internet connection, but if everything goes well I'll call both of you soon!

Anyway, you have my phone number, so I hope to hear from you soon!

Dammit doesn't anyone want a guitarist/bassist in the Leixlip/Maynooth/Celbridge/Lucan area?!
