Caffeine would be a good place to start. Although coming off it won't be overly pleasant if you need to function properly tomorrow.

Logging off and doing some study would be a good start.

turn off your PC for a start.
There's no point battling against tiredness... let it win, as It's near impossible to take in anything when you're zapped.
Just go to sleep once you feel anyway tired and get up early.
I always crammed best in the morning.

If you do plan staying up late, dont cram for too long period.
Maybe half hour, then a 10 min break (outside in fresh air would be good) then another half hour / 20 mins.

    Good luck whatever its for.

Would it help if we all sent positive energy your way like Url Geller. I'm concentrating hard on my screen now and sending good vibrations your way... Feel them? Now stop reading this and study for fcuk sake!

The best thing to do is go to bed right now, and get up early to study. Have a shower first. You'll get very little done this time of night. I've been there....ugh. Makes you think....god dammit, why didn't I really study sooner.

    Best of luck anyway.

Sleep now and get up at about 3 or 4. Then caffeine. In a continuous stream until the exam. :)

He'll be back, they always come back.

Best way to study is to listen to music you like and plain and simple get down into the books, its exactly what I didnt do during my leaving cert and its why im lucky to be going to college at all now.

Study, with music - it helps. (try listen to some morrissey)

Sit down in front of your TV and put on a one day cricket match. You'll be asleep in seconds and put back immediately if you do happen to wake up. Then, having slept all day, you'll be able to stay up all night.
