    Budget: 100euro a week
    Requirements: Electric shower, NTL digital/broadband area (signed up, can move connection), bedroom with double bed, room for desk (12'x12' or so)
    Location: Within 20mins walk of NUIG/town.

    Perks: I'm a techie. Everyone should have one as a housemate. We're very handy.

    may i ask why you need that whopper of a desk sonny.do you have problems getting at things at the centre?

    The room would ideally be 12'x12'.
    I know that's a little absurd, but I'm looking for a non-shoebox room.
