Has anyone heard of something called Oxygen Pills?
I dont know the specific name but basically you take these pills and it releases more oxygen into your muscle and makes them bigger (I think anyways)
My mate has started using these 2 months ago and he has gotten HUGE however I heard today that these pills only make the muscle look bigger but dont actually increase your strength?

Does anyone know what in talking about?

I've heard of water thats been treated to have extra oxygen ppm, but not pills.
I know a guy who is trying some of the water to test it and see if it's any good but the jury is still out at the moment.

Maybe your friend was actually taking steroids or something stronger than oxygen anyways, and sold you that story to take you off the scent...

I've heard of a few bodybuilders who use the strongest oxygen increasing drug - EPO - and they've gotten minimally better results from it, so I can't imagine these magic pills being too good.

The other possibility is he's using an NO compound which increases the pump in an area. These don't increase strength but do increase bloodflow to the area - they don't make you HUGE but are effective in a good weights program where everything else is in place and if your training style suits blood volume work.
