HI I have been waiting for two weeks for Eircom to come and connect up the box in our house. Seeing as we are no closer to getting it done I was wondering if anyone knew what wires connected where? On the panel where the phone line connects in there are six connection points S1 R S2 and L1 R L2. Does anyone know in what…

there is an eircom wiring guide in pdf form on the reci site

anyways, only 2 wires are used, which is a coloured and its opposing striped wire. these two should get wired to the 'middle pair' of each phone socket.
