different phone lines???

    recently got the sky multiroom thing installed in my bedroom (1st connection in living room).

    Anyway we keep getting these letters from sky saying both our boxes are no on the same phnone line and if we don't sort it out we are goona have to pay full price for te second subscription

    Thing is they ia definatly only 1 phone line coming into the house and both boxes are definatly on the same line..

    Anyone know whats goin on???

    Yes, if you want multiroom you will have to get caller line I.D. activated on your phone line.

    no, just enter 142 in the prefix box in telephone settings in the installers menu
    (Services 4--0--1---Select)

    It tells eircom to show your caller id to sky.
