Training without putting on weight

    Right i am going back training full time after being out for 2 years Rowing, I put on a fair bit of weight over the 2 years but managed to get it down to 78kgs i wanna be 75kg but with all the weights training etc how will i keep my weight down with my building up my muscle?I will be running 3-7 Miles a Night and about 1hours of PT(Sit ups,Press up, squats etc and Weights another night.Land training monday to friday and training twice on weekends Water training maybe about or Rowing machine and weights. ?????

    How can i avoid putting weight on?

    With that amount of training you will have trouble KEEPING weight on so just watch you food intake (keep it clean) and you should be fine.

    This sounds simple but with the volume of training you will have no problem

    Yeah i kinda kept a stable even weight before when i was rowing so hopefully will be able to do the same oh the joys of it
