Don't think you can watch it online anywhere, you can listen to it on www.rte.ie/radio1 though if that's any use to you.

Any Irish bar worth it's salt will have it on a screen depending on where you are

I believe that Setanta TV is the only place you can see it on the web. I can't seem to find the hurling final on the site though, so you may want to drop them a line about that.
Where are you based?. The Setanta website will give you the details of the places closest to you showing the game if you are in the US. In the UK you need to email setantauk@setanta.com and tell them where you are.
If you're in Ireland, it's on the telly!!.
