After a few months away from playing online i came back to ladbrokes tonight and after an age waiting for software upgrade managed to log in and entered a 10 player STT. Chip leader with 4 left and suddenly disconnected. Dialog box said software disconnected from server or something. Anyway i log back online again and when i try to open Ladbrokes find i have to wait again for another software upgrade. Still waiting after 10 mins for it to download. Presume my tourney will be over by the time i get back. Can anyone shed any light on this???? I'm not very tech minded obviously

That happened to me about a week ago aswell. I usually never have connection problems with Ladbrokes but I was in the middle of an MTT and I was disconected. When I re-started the program I had to wait 5-7 mins for a s/w upgrade!!
Fair enough, when I logged back in my table opened up automatically but why the hell did they have to do it when ur in the middle of a tourney. Surely they could just wait until the next time I started up the software to do the upgrade (i.e. thats usually when the upgrades happen).

The only thing I can say is tho that I've been using Ladbrokes for about a year now and its only happened twice. But still very annoying when it does.

When you log into Pokerstars, they upgrade you before you get into the site.
