HELP PLEASE corrupted partititon

ok thismornin i was using acronis and noticed 20GB of unallocted space was adding it to my main partition when the pc restarted and it corrupted and had some really important stuff on it i really need back :(

boot up the xp disc, go into recovery console and type "chkdsk /r /f"

ill try but i dunno because arcronis Os selector is installed too and it wont load
