AverTV USB 2.0 Plus Sound Problem

    I've got an AverMedia AverTV USB 2.0 Plus and I can't get sound to come through on playback or recording. My sound card is Creative SB Audigy 2 ZS. My settings so far are as follows;

    AverTV USB 2.0 Plus > Settings > Audio...

    Mixer Device: Direct Sound
    Playback: Line-In
    Recording: Analog Mix (Line-In/CD/etc...)

    Windows > Control Panel > Sound > Options > Properties...

    Mixer Device: SB Audigy 2 ZS
    Playback: Line-In
    Recording: Analog Mix (...)

    Now, I have an email from AverMedia that says I need to set my sound card values (both 'playback' and 'recording') to "Line-In". The problem is, the Audigy doesn't offer Line-In, only Analog Mix. Is this same thing? Also, I'm thinking that I need to change the 'Mixer Device' in AverTV settings to by the same as the 'Mixer Device' in Windows Sound Control Panel (ie: 'SB Audigy'). However, it doesn't allow me to acess the audio settings in AverTV. It just shows them 'greyed-out'.

    Anyone got the same set-up and have it configured correctly. If so I would love some help cos this is really annoying me at this stage.

    Thanks :)
