Where do you get the best stuff?
http://www.scan.co.uk/ (As recommeded by many Cloud boarders)
http://www.uk.insight.com/ (where I used to source my parts from. Not as good as scan!)

    Is it hard?
Easy as falling off a log. If you can answer 'Yes' to the following, then its easy.

    1. Have you ever played with Lego as a kid?
    2. Have you ever made an Airfix 'plane as a kid (and not stuck your fingers together)?
    3. Do you own a Swiss Army knife, or know anyone who owns one, or ever seen one?

But seriously, it's easy. The difficult part is trying not to buy new faster bits a week or so after you get the thing working...
