    very interesting read, although the guy seems to be getting more and more "drill sargent" as time goes by. He's also referring to looters as terrorists....

    That's some scary ass reporting.
    It's raining now and I guess that's a relief from the heat. It's hot as hell down there in the sun. Crime is absolutely rampant: rapes, murders, rape-murder combinations.

    With that kind of thing and talk of cholera/typhoid, it's like putting the third world on the doorstep of the US. I've not usually got anything good to say about livejournals but they have proved very useful the last couple of days...

    Well that's where the SA servers are and they had been warning that this was a likely course of action.
