Must more suited to Instruments. And the very simple answer is...

    Roland Microcube.

Indeed, The Roland Microcube is something every guitarist should have.

Unless you want a real amp :p

Define "real amp" for me young Giblet.

If my neighbours up the road can't hear it, it's not real.

Which reminds me, one of my neighbours decided to play music really loud in retaliation for me playing "loud" (the amp was a 1)

Anyway, the lesson is, don't play songs I know and try to be louder than my amp.

I felt like Nick Stahl in Sunset Strip.

Stop talking rot Gilbert, even if you have a serious amp that could tear down walls, it's always good to have a decent practice amp for normal day-to-dat practice. I'm here with a Mesa Boogie and I still use my Microcube most of the time.

I reckon your just scared ;):D

.AK The range of Cube's available should have something to suit your taste. Great sound, value, and they look cool too.(but who gives a fcuk how they look right!!!!)

And as a beginner you don't want to be broadcasting your mistakes around your postal code so I heartily recommend the Microcube too. An amp for men who don't feel the need to show off :p

Think you can pick one up in Perfect Pitch for either 99 or 110. Saw one in there the other day and thought I'd get it but my recent bout of GAS has left me in huge debt right before heading back to college :(
