    I am looking to see how much house/apartment prices increase between Phases of a new development.

    I want to get the option whether I should wait for a second phase or buy a Phase 1 development

    My advice is always buy Phase 1 - you'll be saving yourself a whole heap of cash - houses in our development jumped by €25k per phase....

    Thanks babaduck, Phase 1 was launched in May and phase 2 is launching next week so I hope they don't put 25,000 on it or they will price us out of it.... 10-15k we could deal with.
