tbh honest, most of them are just decoration. The ones on the hydrants i'd imagine are to stop people messing with them or being in the way.

Some guy in my area, made the county council put all this sticky maple syrup type stuff on the wall around the local green to stop all the kids sitting on it.Bastard.

I like it, it makes the place look sharper :) (Oh my god, I am so funny! :D)

But seriously, it's a little much... gives that prison feel!

On a side note, an old man lives around the corner from me, and my friends and I used to play football around there (not using his gates as a goal or anything, but the ball sometimes went in), so he would gather his dog's shit and throw it around the area we'd play -- and even smear some on the small electricity box that we would sometimes sit on.

    God I love that man...
