Firefox Problem

I keep getting this error in firefox if i choose to ignore it, it crashs firefox i am running 1.06

The error message says 'Restart Navigator'. Maybe the plugin was a version specifically tailored to work with only Netscape but not with Netscape 'compatibles' like Firefox.

Sounds more like a registry issue to me.
Make a backup of your bookmarks, uninstall everythign you can and start from scratch.
Try to stick with first-party software from now on, less of that plugin crap.

The error is actually from the latest Windows Media player (seen it). At a guess adblock is disabling code that the plugin needs to run. I'm actually a bit disturbed that activex is installed into firefox tbh. Pretty sure it doesn't come from Firefox.
