    Anybody been to Lido De Jesolo.

    Yes, I was there every year from '93 to '99 (I used to live about 3 hours from there), it is really a nice place for summer holidays and fun in general....full of German and Dutch (at least until a few years ago), and a lot of people of any age. I prefer Jesolo much more than places like Rimini or Riccione that are really "too much", kind of the "Italian Ibiza". Whereas Lido di Jesolo is smaller but you can still have fun and not have teenager all over the place (although in Italy you can enter night clubs since you are 16 - I started when I was 14 :-)
    If you are interested you can easily do a day trip to Venice too.

    Mid of September may be out of season to be honest....if you go there to enjoy the night life, etc. you may end up finding pubs/clubs half empty, at least mid-week.

    Usually Jesolo is busy from the last week of June to the end of August/first week of September...

    It really all depends what age you are, whether you go down with a girlfriend and what's the main reason for the holiday....
