You'll have to tell us which ISP he wants to use, they'll give him the internet's telephone number. It's ex-directory, you see...

    Eircom?

if he is eircom then it is 1892 150150
if he is eircom150 or some other hour package it is 1893 150 150

if he is with a diff ISP then ring them or ask somebody you know with the same ISP.

    Dial-Up access:

    Phone Number: 1890923204
    Username: Oceanfree
    Password: Oceanfree

Make sure that the settings don't use the area code as part of the dialing properties otherwise it won't work.

I have a local number for an old DOL server if you want it. if he has free evening calls etc it will be free cos most other isps are blacklisted and you get charged for them. Its an 01 number.
