    All the talk these days is around google.
    Does anyone know how to optomise a site/get a better ranking on Yahoo.
    Ive searched around and cant find anything very good.

    Did you try http://www.webmasterworld.com ?
    There are dedicated sections for each major SE and the people there are fairly clueful.

    try forums.seochat.com where they have a dedicated forum for yahoo.

    I found with some experiments that you can put a page together with loads of <h1> etc tags in no particular form or design at all (including all your keywords) and it will rank better than a 'proper' site with proper SEO thats already doing quite well in yahoo...
