Hi All, Just a question about shirt numbers in rugby. My young brother wants the Munster rugby jersey with the number on the back for the out half, scrum half, or winger.

Full back is an option but I know thats 15.

Can anyone tell me what the 3 numbers above are normally on the pitch? Thanks!

I think this is what your looking for:

    Full Back 15
    Wings 11 & 14
    Centres 12 & 13
    Out Half 10
    Scrum Half 9

    Amazing work gentlemen!! :) Thanks!

Elverys in Dawson St. Dublin are doing the proper canterbury numbers for a fiver each. It's a nice way to customise the new shirt!

I think I'll go with 14 or 15. He's a wirey scrawney bullet so right wing or full back will be his spiritual home!

Ah he likes Munster still. He's a good little hurler though!
I had to get 9, they were out of 1's :D

Yeah, Im glad I didnt get a double digit number, the canterbury numbers are very big.. it'd look a bit silly for anyone smaller than Paul O'Connoll.
