    why did it only become acceptable in the last few months!!? saw a few in blanchardstown the other day. It was lashing rain, luckily for them their dressing gowns had hoods! So funnny!

    Yes it seems to be the general attire for young girls aged 10-18, particularly around inner city housing estates, particularly for going to the shops in.. I work near the Westland Row area and its quite a phenominon around here... interesting
