I think the best advice someone can give to someone, looking for a decent strategy game on the PS2, is to get a PC

Command and Conquer Red Alert or Red Alert Retaliation PSone. Costs about a fiver new. Best damn strategy game I've ever played and that's no joke.

Better then anything currently available on the Ps2 also.
