    xmi (http://xmi.ie) are looking for an experienced web developer to work in-house on a three month contract with a view to a full time position. The successful applicant will be authoring standards-compliant web sites and developing a simple bespoke content management system to drive HTML and Flash versions of a web site.
    Required skills:
    (X)HTML and CSS
    PHP/ASP and DB
    JavaScript

    Advantageous:
    Flash scripting and DB integration
    DHTML
    Ruby (with or without rails)
