    Its hard to say. I mean looking at that you arent eating anything untoward that I can see but what Id suggest doing is keeping a small diary of what you eat and calculate the amount of calories you consume during the day.

    If you are expending more during your daily lifecycle and in your exercising/football then you should lose weight.

    You've got a good diet that is well balanced.

    Wt 86kg, height 1.88m => BMI = 24.3

    A BMI of 18.5 to 24.9 is within the ideal body weight limit* and so from a health point of view, your weight and diet are bang on. Are you aiming for fitness rather than simply healthiness?

    *Disclaimer: BMI is not suitable measure for serious body builders. Give or take an integer for ethnic variation. BMI should be taken in the context of overall health. Terms and conditions apply. Errors and omissions exempted. Offer void in the State of Florida. Please lets not start another debate on BMI v Body fat calipers! :D
