What are the advantages over, say, LA muscle creatine, or any other types?
And , on the same subject, which is better, caps or powder.

Is that ALRI's product containing CEE? Attaching the ethyl ester is said to help with absorption so that's the primary difference between CEE and regular creatine mono. Don't be taken in by any claims that it is "242 times more potent"; you'll reach saturation levels in approx 3-4 weeks of use regardless of the type.

Personally I just buy the cheapest creatine mono I can find.

I used both capsule creatine and powder from the large tube and there no different its just that they put creatine into capsules cause its easier to carry around with you, but i would recomend that you give the pure creatine liquid ago you only have to take this on the days you train and you just take it about 10 mins before you begin where as with the powder you have to take it 5 days a week 2/3 times a day and to begin you have to load up on it

@ RonanC - yes, thats the stuff.
I was just wondering, is all.
@ Dubdude, where do you get it?
Tbh im just going back lifting after 5/6 years off, I never took any supplements back then, Im gonna start on whey protein for a while, then go on creatine too, once I get into the swing again.

    Liquid creatine is a scam.

You can get in Tony Quinn it will cost about €70 but it is better than the powder and if you keep an eye sometimes they have specials on 2 for the price of 1 and this is because there is about 2 months left on the bb date. I would also recomend that if your going to take protein aswell take them together dont take protein for a while then start taking creatine start them together

I have tried muscletech cee pro and it is the best supplement I have ever taken, honestly, it really works. The reviews on all the american sites are very good. I have tried normal creatine and I was a non responder so I was surprised when it worked.
I have opened a supplement shop in camden st but I didn't get it in originally but I have ordered it in now it should be here in a week or two.
The science behind it makes sense, the problem with creatine has always been the absorbtion isn't great and changes from person to person. The creatine bloat is also caused by the creatine being absorbed by the bloodstream and then not being picked by the muscle. The ester that is attached also solves that problem.
I would say definately try it I LOVE it...

There's what, 200g of CEE in their product and it retails for ~$35? You can buy a kilo of CEE for that price.

The negligible amount of ALA in the product is barely worth commenting on either.

I am not backing a certain brand, I am just saying that cee itself really works. I paid that money for muscle tech becuase cee itself tastes like dog **** so you really need it in caps...
I am very happy with the results and the muscletech one will last me 6 weeks so it was worth it for the money for me.

You could cap it yourself and save a fortune ;)

But yes, it does taste like battery acid.

yep you can get caps and equip at http://www.cap-m-quik.com/ but its messy and hard to dose. Also quite time consuming and fiddle if you have big fingers :D If you are short of money then it would be worth it...
