    Not sure if this is the correct forum...

    Has anybody done the three peaks challenge? The aim is to climb the three highest mountains in the UK in 24 hours or less. They are Snowdon (in Wales), Scarfell (England), Ben Nevis (Scotland). You have go all the way up and down ... plus the driving in between the mountains for the time to count.

    I did this the weekend before last & we managed it in 23 hours 45 minutes, including getting a puncture on the way to Scotland at 4am Sunday morning. Still, that time only got us third place from the four teams competing.

    Didn't realise how tough it would be, by the time we got to half way up Ben Nevis I know that alot of us were hoping someone would suggest calling the whole thing off! Had to run down the last hour or so to make it in the 24 hour limit. Good laugh, I'd recommend it,... but hard!
