    Hi,

Just wondering if someone can give me more information on the structure of the tournaments in the Macau sporting club in Cork. I was thinking of heading down there next Tuesday for a game. I can see that there were 43 people playing, €20 buy in with rebuys and top-up. The blinds started at 25/50 and the final pot was €2150 with 66 re-buys and 32 ad ons.

Just wondering is it unlimited re-buys, how quick the blinds go up, how many places are paid and how the pot is split?

Any other information like whether a membership has to be paid, general running of tourney etc. would be appreciated...

    Regards

    Hughesy

You'll have to join (free) on the way in. The club is friendly and the tourneys there are all very well run.

However, the Tuesday game is an all in fest from the word go. I played it twice and will not do so again. By all in fest I mean you'll see it from hand 1 - guaranteed there will be 4/5 all ins at each table. The Monday 100 freezeout is a very good game however and usually attracts about 30 runners.
