Savastore delivery.

    After seeing the post about 3 day's overdue monitor from Komplett. I thought I'd let you in on my ongoing horror story with Savastore.

    I ordered parts of them on the 16th of July. 2 weeks later I get delivered the wrong parts.

    I get in touch with customer services through their website on email which is their preferred method of contact. I end up having to call them. Then I was told it would be sorted and someone would be in touch. Well no one got in touch. I called back to find out ..... oh feck it I could go on and on...

    Long story short, it is one month to the day and I still have not received my parts.

    I have asked for delivery charge refunded as compansation( i paid for a 3-4 day delivery service). Tried calling the customer service's manager. But he's a busy man. His phone is always engaged. etc. .... etc....


    you get the jist. I will never use them again! rant over.

    Thanks for the warning m8, i was looking at getting my new power supply from them, will stear clear, sorry about your parts though :confused:
