    Got a strange one here...

(xp pro including latest updates) user has been messing around with display settings in control panel. Everything on the desktop appears fine but websites are shown without parsing style sheets.

Have googled for hours and found two possible solutions (regedit and toolbar interference) but neither work.

    Any pointers really appreciated.

    thanks

    Si

Not really a fix, more of an undo. You could do a system restore to a point before the user went messing with display config? That should at least get him going again.

thanks Jor, was getting to that point.

so annoying that these things happen for no apparent reason with no straightforward explanation...

    anyway, appreciate your time.
