Has anyone got any pics of Irish bodybuilders who compete. With the competition in vicar st in september it would be interesting to see the level these guys are at. I tried googling irish bodybuilders but got no luck. Appreciate any help..

NABBA and teh RIBBF are very poor at updating their sites. Neil Brown who won the Mr Ireland last year was savage, esp in the upper body. He needed more leg mass, but his conditioning and upperbody were pro standard. He's in the army in Cork, actually.

Ken Daly is the best there is. He could be pro. I think he might be doing the one in Sept. I've gotta get my tickets for it soon! He'll be rock hard, amazing shape etc, he's from the North.

Dunno who's doing it. That Nigerian guy Leo was very overrated last year. he has good potential but came in looking soft and didn;t even win his class.

Body by Byrne. He's in good nick. Not sure why you call him a twat but he's a good competitor.

I have to be honest i was surprised by the shape those lads were in.It looks a fairly impressive standard(obviously not internationally or whatever but a higher standard than i would have thought there would be in Ireland).Fair play.

Harsh ban.Its not like your man is on here or would even care.Hes giving him free advertiseing and it seemed more tongue in cheek than an actual insult to be honest. Its not like TWAT is vicious slander.

    Cheers for the link.

[I dont actually think hes a twat though. He would break me.]

I know paul byrne personally and I would agree with that ban. He organises shows and is running the show coming up in vicar st and also next year is bringing the world championship to Dublin. He really looks after the fellas who compete in his shows. Nice bloke, good shape too.

He was in my gym last year. Looked impressive to me but by all accounts was lazy in his training programme.
