IBAN Transferes over the phone, which banks ?

Looking to move my current A/c from BOI as the charges are daft. I see plenty of banks now offer "free" banking under certains conditions. Does anyone know of a "free" current A/c that will do IBAN money transfere over the phone of even over the internet ? Having to go into the branch and fill out the forms is a pain…

Having to go into the branch and fill out the forms is a pain
especially since a week later they return the form by post
saying the details are wrong when they are 100% current.
