I used RDP on one of my computers at work, and I remember very well that it was 32bit(the image, remote desktop), I could change display settings on the remote computer and everything was fine, then I remember I restarted the remote machine and when I reconnected, the display has reset to 16 bit medium quality  I've tried everythink I know to fix the problem, but it won't work, finally I set up RDP on one of the other machines and when I connected to it, it is displaying in 16 bit too, then I tried connecting from another machine(thought maybe it's client's problem) and the same result.

I'm I confused and don't remember correctly, or is it actually 32 bit?

oh yea and I forgot to mention I can't change resolutions on desktop machines either
