I'm going buying a 28" widescreen. Do i need 100Hz TV; I don’t have Sky but might get it in the future. A shop assistant said I’d need Sky to get a good picture with a 100Hz TV. Not sure what to buy. Thanks

the 100Hz refresh rate is considerably clearer than some others. But you don't need sky to get a good picture from the telly...I have a JVC 28" 100Hz, and its excellent picture on regular tube telly.

I've only VHF and UHF Arial, the reception 4 UHF frequencies is only ok, will it get better with a 100hz TV or as I’d imagine better
