    Is your firewall blocking it?

did you open the relevant ports on the router:

    TCP: 6969
    TCP: 6881 - 6889

if you dont have a router open them in the windows firewall, bitcomet.exe can also be added to the allowed list.

I wouldn't advise using that Windows built-in firewall, only causes trouble. use something like mcafee or blackice

Ya i got it now all is cool. i never use windows firewall pice of crap.
and most of the torrent sites i would use block them ports.
use bigger ports like 60000 or 54636 :D
