Well I think you have to put him on a str8 and possibly a better one that yours. This leaves you drawing to 9 cards (i.e. the board pairing) but I would also suspect that the all-in player might have some of your outs. I'd knock it down to 7/8 outs. I think it's a fold particularly if the all-in player beats you on a paired board which would effectively mean you are paying to win bills bet. I don't think theres anything wrong with your call pre-flop but this whole post is from someone still learning omaha. What you need is JP to step in and tell us all what to do.

Preflop was very loose, the turn is awkward. You almost certainly have some outs but its hard to tell which ones. There is no flush draw so you have to assume that either you are up against a higher set or a made straight, in which case its a fold.

This is pretty much an auto fold. You are facing a pot sized bet on the turn into what you must assume is a made hand. Rather than go into the maths end of things a good rule of thumb to use when facing a pot sized bet on the turn is to count up your outs. If you have 14 or more clean outs, you call, if you don't, you fold. Make sure these outs don't factor in flush cards if you aint chasing the nut flush! In this example, you dont have enough outs to call so a fold is the correct play, there will always be a better spot to get your money in. This is a good example of why middle and low PPs are very dangerous in Omaha, be aware of their ability to loose you all your stack.

Thanks for the feedback. This is what actually happened.
    .....
    ----- TURN ----- [Qd 7h 5s][6c]
    bill59111: bets US$17.55
    Tourneque: folds
Returned uncalled bets US$17.55 to bill59111
    ----- RIVER ----- [Qd 7h 5s 6c][3d]
    ----- SHOW DOWN -----
    bill59111: shows [As 4s 9d 5d] (A Straight, Seven high)
solana: shows [8c 7c Ts Jd] (A Pair of Sevens, Queen high)
bill59111 collected US$16.70 from Main pot
    ----- SUMMARY -----
Total pot US$17.55 Main pot US$16.70 Rake US$0.85
    Board [Qd 7h 5s 6c 3d]
    Seat 1: bill59111 showed [As 4s 9d 5d] and won (US$16.70) with A Straight, Seven high
Seat 2: Tourneque folded on the Turn
Seat 9: solana (big blind) lost

I was very surprised that I was way ahead on the turn. I think the fact that he rivered the straight is meaningless other than it made me feel good about the fold.
Just wanted to make sure folding was the right thing to do and that I wasn't being results orientated.

Was the call on the flop ok or should I have folded/raised ?

Normally its a fold since you only had a normal straight draw, but the bet was so small you couldnt.
