    How can i set up an IRC channel just like boards.ie , i know nothing of IRC except /nick - thats all.

    /join #channelname

    if its a new name you get an @ symbol

    depending on the network there should be a chanserv bot
    type
    /msg chanserv help
    to register and set ops / hops / voices
    if theres chanserve and you reg the place you should get a ~

    What does that mean :p
    If i leave will it still run?
    Can i display rules like boards.
