While reading the Renaming UCD thread, where UCD is being renamed UCD Dublin (ie University College Dublin Dublin), I got to thinking what companies and institutions have abbreviated their names only to pull the words back out of the abbreviation. While reading the Renaming UCD thread, where UCD is being renamed UCD Dublin (ie University College Dublin Dublin), I got to thinking what companies and institutions have abbreviated their names only to pull the words back out of the abbreviation.

What I've come up with so far:
DC Comics (Detective Comics Comics)
AIB Bank (Allied irish Banks Bank)
EBS Building Society (Educational Building Society Building Society)

What other victims of marketing are there out there?
