Street Fighting... MMA or TMA wins losses?

Alot of discussion on which is better for street fighting. Traditional Martial Arts or Mixed Martial Arts. So here's a poll and just be honest.

Well for this poll to make sense we all need to be singing from the same hymn sheet, so can you define what you mean by (a) Fight (b) win (c) loss (d) TMA (e) MMA ?

My money is on Guile over Honda any day, but like all things it depends on the actual players, so I'm not sure what the point in a poll like this.

I have won 36 seperate mma street fights, include several against multiple attackers with blades. Unfortunatly everyone who could possibley verify this

1)died in those fights

or

2)don't have the the internet

The real shame is the poll only allows me to vote once, so that will skew the results.

(all of the above actually happened, i don't care what anyone thinks, you weren't there!)

The poll is just for fun... to see if anyone really can say that MMA works better than TMA in an actual real life situation.

I'd imagine there's only a handful of us on these here boards who could reliably keep our wits about us during an attack in order to actually use something that could be called 'karate' or 'bjj' or whatever.

Unless you count 'smack-that-fu<ker-repeatedly-in-the-chops-do' as a legitimate MA, in which case, i've used it a couple of times.

Dub Dude, did you start this poll just to stir the ****e?? What is anecdotal evidence from such a small representative group gonna prove?
