OK obviously there not top of the line DVD recorders but i wouldn't be using it all the time and it would be handy to have one to copy large files, etc. Here's One And the other one So which is better? Thanks

the nec one is a better drive , the sony is as far as i know a rebadged LiteOn, just give it good discs and you will have no problems

dvd writers are much the same

but my sony is much quieter than my nec, so id go for the sony
