best 3dstudio max books?

    anybody got any book reccomendations for a total beginner at 3dstudio max?

    i have decided to learn 3ds max. at the moment i would be mainly interested in creating outdoor scenes or buildings with a possible mind towards doing 3d walkthroughs etc.

    i have been looking at "3DS Max 7 Fundamentals and Beyond Courseware
    Discreet Training Group" on amazon.co.uk and it looks pretty good. is there a cert you can get for 3dsmax?

    maybe the photoshoppage forum might be a better bet, but is that not just for photoshop?
