Ryanair booking problems

I'm getting a bit worried... tried to book flights on Ryanair's website earlier this evening, got to the stage where you fill in your credit card number, etc, clicked 'Confirm' and then got an error message (problem with the site, not my card). I assumed that the transaction didn't go through, and I didn't receive a confirmation email.

After an hour I still had no email, and because I need to book these flights urgently, I gave it another go. Everything went fine and I got my reference number... but no confirmation email (and I gave a different email address too). So now I'm worried that the first one went through after all and I'm going to be charged twice.

The thing is, if they charged me a second time it would go over my CC limit so I'm assuming it would be denied. But is it possible that it could go over and the bank (AIB) would just charge me an overdraft fee or something? I wouldn't trust Ryanair to refund me if there was a problem so I'm a little worried now. Can anyone help put me at ease?

Ring your CC company and check. They can do a chargeback if necessary.

A reverse charge would be done no probs and asap by them
I'm sure they might even notice this themself, same passinger booking same flights with same names(they pay people to check these things) but sure it'll cost ya nothing to ring the bank in the mornin' an see if you got charged twice

Why not try calling Ryanair reservations?

1530 787 787 (Premium rate, beware). You can try their "rest of the world" number on 01 249 7791
