Dynamic Domain Name from Eircom Router

Ok my linkys router and most routers has a DDNS (Dynamic Domain Name Serivce) function where it will update the routers ip on the internet lets say 253.159.164.238 to a dynamic domain name service provider like dyndns.org. so stuey.mypc.org or what ever will point to that ip (253.159.164.238). and then setting up nat redirection i can set up a file server on one of my pcs and access it using stuey.mypc.org.

this is deadly when you have a router with DDNS built in, the problem is that eircoms one doesn;t!! i have the wircom wireless broadband router and i need to set up something like the set up above. anybody have any ideas?

like a tool that can detect the ip of my router on the internet and then update it on a site like dyndns.org?

    thanx
