Went to a cracking boxing class in SBG tonight. Its part of a four week course that John has organised with Adam a brilliant Polish boxer.

Great teacher, sound fella and I'd say he's an animal in the ring.

Tonight we covered "the jab". His progression from shadow boxing to full out sparring was brilliant and ideally suited to people with minimal boxing (getting hit by a boxer) experience.

That's what we need down here. A bit of the old heave ho. It's good to be able to box. unfortunately for me, it's one of my weaker sides..

Yeah great class. I always felt kinda intimidated by boxing classes incase they just put you inside a heavy bag for a few weeks to toughen you up or something. But the class was great fun, I'm looking forward to next week.
