    well i'd imagine it would take tb's of storage to log your every move on every port of your internet connectin so i'd say no, too much cost

    Irish law mandates that all web addresses (IP's) e-mail and times are logged for a minimum of 3 years.

    The same goes for you phone records.

    Your mobile provider also logs you movements through it's network to within meters (within cities, outside that it's into 100's of meters).

    NOTE: this may breach EU law on privacy (human rights) and data protection grounds. It has not been tested to the best of my knowledge (see recently withdrawn Irish, UK and Swedish proposal).
