Broadband in Castaheany/Manorfields?

Does anybody know if Eircom have any plans for introducing Broadband to Manorfields/Castaheany? I assume that none of the other BB suppliers cannot startup until Eircom set it up originally. 'tis a pain in the ar*e. Cheers
