I don't know about cheap, but you could try the great outdoors on chatham street, just off grafton street, they should have them and the staff are friendly and may even tell you where you might find cheaper ones if you're not willing to pay their prices http://www.greatoutdoors.ie

Theres also a shop on liffey street, I'm not sure what the name is, might even be another great outdoors outlet.

There is also some good sailing shops around where you'd get one. You'll pay more but get one you can rely on, if that is what you really want.

The Scout shop on Caple street do brilliant ones. I have bought from there before. Great prices too. Highly recommend them
